Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place an order you can browse our catalog here. Tap on the product you are interested in purchasing. Visit your cart located at the top right-hand side of the webpage. Scroll down and make sure that everything looks correct before you checkout. When you are ready tap the proceed to checkout button. Fill in the following information and tap to pay.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All orders are final so you must be sure that you have the correct order before you make payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. If you desire to sell through us or track your order you will need an account to do so.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order you must sign up for an account through our website prior to placing your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not provide refunds for products but we do exchange bad boxes for new ones. If you would like to exchange a faulty box for a new one all you have to do is bring it to our box hub with your receipt and we will have your order prepared right away.
